i am currently attending c.w post, i have always had problems with my weight. in middle school i was always over weight, got made fun of all the time, and i just hated myself. the problem is, i still hate myself. when im in college im 5'4 and 111 pnds. in college it is easier to loose weight because there isn't anyone telling me to eat and there are no temptations like junk food. my diet in college consists of a 70 calorie can of tuna fish that i eat throughout the whole day to keep my matabolism going and i normally have a 60 calorie yogurt. being that its christmas break there are so many temptations and i gained a few pounds making me 116. its bothering the hell out of me. thats just a little something about myself and my past
